After an extensive evaluation of over 70 translation vendors, a major US chemicals company has selected ITR to translate all their material, focusing on technical guides and specifications for polymer products.

The client cited the reasons for selecting ITR as: ITR’s superior translation quality demonstrated by sample material evaluated in-country; and the very high standard of customer service demonstrated during the bidding process. Since winning the contract ITR has established excellent working relationships with the clients’ overseas offices, and developed robust client-specific translation procedures to ensure customer satisfaction whilst working in this extremely demanding technical domain.
