Group Account Director
Luke has a wealth of knowledge in the exhibition and events industry, and has come to ITR in a well respected and important position. The potential within such a strong individual is invigorating; offering education, guidance and support to all at ITR and Immersive AV. We are ecstatic to have gained such an asset to our team and look forward to expanding his knowledge and growing, together.
As our new Project Manager, Dan is responsible for a variety of client projects and is set to ensure that all is delivered to a high standard. Dan has a background in Audio and has done projects internationally, ranging from the UK and Europe to USA and Japan. In his 10 years in the industry, he has expanded his knowledge as a freelancer and has since joined ITR & Immersive AV to embrace the experiential and complex element of the combined companies, whilst also grasping the opportunity to work alongside our technical director David Mulcahy.
Junior Account Manager
Mitch has joined ITR as our Junior Account Manager, and has since shone above all expectations of his job role. Mitch has embraced his role and accepted all given opportunities to broaden his knowledge. He has previously worked in recruitment and has experience in sales, businesses development and account management and has a degree in Sport Business Management. He has been providing vital support to our sales team and has settled in well, ITR will endeavour to support Mitch in his role and further opportunities within the company.
Gabbi is a well known face here at ITR & Immersive AV, after working closely alongside our CEO and Founder Sharon Reynolds for 6 years. Gabbi has recently joined the team to support our Directors and assist reception in all administrative duties. Gabbi comes from a well educated background, with skills in organisation and customer service. She has excellent people skills, gained from her previous employment working in the education sector. Gabbi has since settled in well and adapted to all aspects of her role with confidence.
Libby has joined ITR and Immersive AV as our Logistics Coordinator, offering support and assistance to our logistics team in all necessary tasks. Libby studied Business Economics at Manchester Metropolitan and travelled all around Asia, which gave her the opportunity to embrace different cultures and expand her knowledge in the differences amongst people. This is one of the main reasons Libby stood out, amongst other applicants. Her wealth of experience in customer service and administration – from her previous employment, has given Libby the ability to adapt to her role promptly. Making her a strong asset to the company.
