Founded in 2000, ITR was created to meet the needs of businesses who prefer to hire IT & AV equipment rather than buy it outright.

ITR has a wealth of knowledge in the industry so the business has been able to advance a lot over the years, making us one of the most established IT and AV equipment suppliers in Europe. ITR specialise in the short-term hire of the latest Audio, Video, Lighting and IT solutions for use at exhibitions, training courses, conferences across the UK and Europe.  ITR has built its foundations on innovation, technical specialism and a resourceful team, supplying the leading venues, stand builders, agencies, event organisers, production houses and trade partners to deliver exhibitions, conferences and live events. ITR has a combined industry experience of more than 150 years and has key divisions that help support our expanding client base to deliver solutions with precision, tailored to each project and budget.  Customers and partners are managed by our team of dedicated account managers and supported throughout their hire by our team of project managers and technical support staff, making us perfectly placed to support events of all sizes.

Health and Safety

Hiring from ITR means that you can rest easy in the knowledge that we abide by a strict health and safety plan that assures the safety of all of our staff as well as our customers.

Those hiring out equipment for use at work are considered as suppliers under section six of the Health and Safety at Work Act and so have broad responsibilities for the safety of the products they hire out.

All suppliers must supply safe work equipment, whether this is new, second-hand or hired out, and ITR are no exception.

We perform checks and tests on our products to assure that they are all in fully working order, are CE marked, and safe to be hired out to our customers.

When operating and setting up our equipment, all staff are required to wear safety materials to prevent them from coming to harm.

Tests are carried out on equipment while on-site to assure that they are working effectively, and to fix any possible problems that may occur ahead of your event.

Our staff are always on-hand to provide any help to clients, as well as to fix any problems that may arise with equipment quickly and safely.
