As part of the Automechanika exhibition, ITR had two clients; one who wanted a small amount of IT and AV equipment and the other who wanted a fully captivating experience featuring a solution that would make them stand out from the other exhibitors. ITR worked closely with Immersive AV and the client to develop a solution which would encourage visitors to engage with their stand through innovative use of multiple LED solutions.
When we were approached by IBC in 2017, they wanted to create solutions to help staff and exhibitors converse with and sell their company to event attendees. They also wished to utilize screens to attract visitors to stands, display important information and objectives, all while retaining customers. On top of this, they also wished to easily measure and see a quantitative report on successful footfall areas on their stand.
Master Locksmith Association first approached us to provide IT and AV solutions for their Seminar Rooms in 2016. The rooms had to include a series of solutions to present crisp imagery and sounds to engage audience members in expert talks and seminars. With more than 100 exhibitors and training seminars, MLA had a requirement for a preferred supplier that could highlight to exhibitors what solutions they could rent for the event, and always be assured they would be receiving high quality options and service.
EGX, the UK’s largest video games event, approached ITR to offer IT and AV solutions for their event to be held on September 20 – 23 2018 at the NEC in Birmingham. Gamers from up and down the country were attending the event where they would be able to enjoy everything games culture related; from playing new games, weeks or even months before they are released to attending presentations from games designers from world renowned studios and an opportunity to meet games creators.
As the preferred supplier to the NHS Confed event ITR supplied all potential exhibitors with an iBrochure featuring a range of ITR’s products and services. This enabled clients to order directly with ITR’s dedicated NHS Confed account manager. Having a dedicated account manager meant that the client had consistency from placing their first order through to delivery and installation. It also meant that ITR’s clients could go through their exact requirements at length before committing to their order.
