Lead Retrieval & Session Scanning for Exhibitions

In an exhibition environment, this solution is used for exhibitors to scan the badges of delegates who have visited their stand. Full reports are sent post event to each exhibitor of all the leads that were scanned at their stand, including name, company name, email address, telephone numbers, etc (exact fields are always agreed with the data owners before distribution).

Capture accurate leads

Using our small handheld barcode scanners, which are a simple “point and shoot” device, nothing else is needed for the teams to capture who has been scanned where. You can easily train both stand staff and general event staff on how to use the scanners and we can put our staff on site to accompany any requirement to keep the data and systems organised.
