When you are hiring with ITR you can be sure that you will be speaking to industry experts with a wealth of knowledge in the IT and AV rental industry.

As we consider customer service to be one of the most important aspects of hiring from ITR we want to ensure that you are pleased with the service you receive right from your initial contact with ITR up until the collection of the equipment and after services. With installation services, on site tech and a tech support line, you are never without a point of contact.

To help ensure this, we have aimed to make everything as accessible as possible. If, however, there is some difficulty at hand then someone will always be at hand to help you.

Sales

Our sales department has a great deal of experience in the industry, with a focus on ensuring that they have the knowledge and ability to hand to assist our customers with any query that may come to mind. They are focused on ensuring that they provide only the best customer service to ensure a smooth function from the start of project planning to final delivery, and even after the show.

Accounts

Our accounts department help ensure that nothing gets mixed up along the way. Every client has an account manager to keep track and steer their package in the correct direction, keeping an eye on any issues that may arise and being a point of contact between you and ITR. We keep everything focused on the individual clients to ensure that we give exactly what is asked of us.
